My attempt to cook a christmas dinner for my family was an epic fail. Roasted pork with baked apples might sound good but it really isn't.
To see my family munching on the rock hard pork loin, I know I'm loved. :p
I should definitely stick to asian dishes next time. It's okay! I will do better for brunch tomorrow!

Can you believe it? It's already Christmas Eve!!!
I am SO unprepared! My christmas cards are still on my table waiting to be written, I have yet to start packing for Hong Kong and we're leaving tomorrow, first thing in the morning. I still have an individual report to submit and I haven't started on that either. I'm singing in a church choir tonight and I am STILL clueless!
What the hell have I been doing the past couple of days?!
Well, since my holidays started (off from work), I've been in and out of SF camp. And I say this from the bottom of my heart, I really enjoyed myself. The games were great fun, the food was yummy, the logistics were prepared promptly. Well done, guys! :D
Today is also the day I'll be sending Cookie to a friend's house for dog-sitting. I'm actually kinda worried now (for both the dog-sitter and cookie) because we all know he can be a handful at times. I'm gonna miss my boy :(
Ok, here's my to-do list for the day.
1) Complete individual report
2) Pack for Hong Kong
3) Write Christmas cards
4) Prepare for choir
5) Last minute Christmas shopping
Gah!! No time to lose!! Let's get started!! |
